Roasted Cauliflower

1 head of cauliflower, chopped into bite-sized florets

olive oil

scant 1/2 tsp curry powder

scant 1/2 tsp cumin

salt to taste

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prep jelly roll pan with parchment paper.

2. Put chopped cauliflower in large bowl, coat with olive oil, salt, and spices.

3. Roast about 30 minutes, or until cauliflower starts to caramelize.
