Classic Chili

*Here, I credit Mom.*

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 large chopped onion

1 green pepper, diced

1 28-oz can tomatoes (diced)

1 lb can red kidney beans

1 tsp salt

2 tsp chili powder

1. Brown meat, add onion and pepper.

2. Add remaining ingredients, cook on medium-high heat and simmer 1 hour (or longer).
